The External Scientific Advisory Board exists to review the scientific progress of the HCC researchers and identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of overall research portfolio and to strategically advise the leadership on its goals stated in our National Cancer Institute Cancer Center Support Grant (otherwise known as NCI designation).
