Clinical Trials Network privileges include the option of becoming a member of and participating in trials of the National Cancer Institute's Cooperative Groups. Cooperative group membership not only provides access to "member only" trials, but also to opportunities for scientific enrichment and academic collaborations with cancer specialists across the country.

Hollings Cancer Center is a member of the following Cooperative Groups:

• Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG)
  
• American College of Surgeons Oncology Group (ACOSOG)
• National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP)

Through the NCI's Cancer Trials Support Unit (CTSU), we are also able to access studies from the following groups:

• Eastern Cooperative Oncology (ECOG)
  
• Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB)
  
• Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG)
  
• Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG)
