MUSC Hollings Cancer Center

MUSC Minority Underserved National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program

The MUSC Minority Underserved National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) is one of twelve institutions in the nation to join a partnership of quality cancer centers dedicated to the promotion of cancer research. By establishing a collaborative infrastructure of physicians, clinical trials offices, and patients, the Network has the capability to reach out to a large and diverse patient population thus increasing the rate of trial enrollment - a necessity to trial success.

Research led by NCORP investigators is aimed at reducing cancer risk and incidence, improving cancer care outcomes, expanding access to cancer care, increasing quality and balancing cost and ultimately reducing cancer disparities.

If you are interested in joining the MUSC Minority Underserved NCORP please contact Tricia Bentz, 843-792-1753 or Mike Laskavy, 843-792-6394.
