Art For Charity June 8, 2012 Michael Mitchell Gallery, 438 King Street, Downtown Charleston Art for Charity is a month long fundraisier hosted by the Michael Mitchell Interiors Gallery. Hollings Cancer Center will have a reception for the fundraiser on Friday, June 8, 2012 and all proceeds from artwork sales will be donated to HCC.

Power of Pink Campaign Month of October, 2012 Brighton Collectibles, Downtown Charleston
Brighton designers have created a special bracelet for Breast Cancer Awareness month featuring a dangling heart-shaped charm with pave crystals in pink hues on one side and the signature pink ribbon on the reverse. For each bracelet purchased at the Charleston store, $5 will be donated to the breast cancer research programs at HCC.

Knology’s 5th Annual Pajama Run November 10, 2012 Joe Riley Stadium, Downtown Charleston
Come dressed in your favorite fuzzy slippers for Knology’s 4th Annual Pajama Run! This 5K was created to help raise awareness and resources for research on cancers occurring below the waist including ovarian, testicular, prostate, bladder, and colon cancer. Hosted by the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association, the festival has raised over $1 million for local charities, including Hollings Cancer Center.
