Many foods found in grocery stores or organic markets contain cancer-fighting properties -- from the antioxidants that neutralize  damage from free radicals to the powerful phytochemicals that scientists are just beginning to explore.  Hollings has provided event chefs with a list of foods and spices believed to help prevent disease by inhibiting cancer cell activity.
