MUSC HOLLINGS CANCER CENTER FEATURES FACES OF HOPE EXHIBIT Local Survivors Share Stories of Hope, Courage and Faith Hollings Cancer Center is honoring cancer survivors for their hope, courage, and perseverance with a special exhibit called Faces of Hope. Faces of Hope features the pictures and stories of cancer survivors who share their experiences dealing with cancer. Among those featured in the exhibit are Courtney, a teenage track runner and aspiring model diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer; Mark, a successful web designer who vowed that "life would go on;" and Margaret, a young mother battling Ewing Sarcoma for the third time. Their brave stories are joined by others telling of surviving breast, head and neck, colon, and thoracic cancers. All are compelling and inspiring. The Faces of Hope exhibit is on display around the Hollings Cancer Center and available online below: Courtney's Story Bob's Story Pam's Story Margaret's Story Brenda's Story Mark's Story Jenine's Story Martha's Story |
