Pediatric Cancer at the Hollings Cancer Center

The prospect of a child having cancer is devastating for South Carolina families.  However, the Pediatric Cancer program at the Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, SC offers hope for effective treatment for childhood cancer, a return to a normal life, and possibly a cure.

Our multidisciplinary pediatric cancer team of doctors, physicians and others are experts in their respective fields and work together to treat the whole patient in a comprehensive fashion.  Our top priority is to improve the life expectancy and quality of life for each child we treat--from the time they come to us through their adulthood.

With the only pediatric bone marrow transplant (BMT) program in South Carolina, Hollings is a leader in providing cutting-edge pediatric cancer treatments.

We also conduct clinical trials for pediatric cancer in our quest to further advance treatment for pediatric cancer.

Visit our cancer health library for more information about pediatric cancer treatments and procedures at the Hollings Cancer Center.
