- We performed South Carolina’s first bone marrow transplant in 1987, and launched the state’s first blood and marrow transplant program.
- We have the state’s largest and most comprehensive blood and marrow transplant program, treating more than 750 patients to date.
- We are the designated blood and marrow transplant center for South Carolina’s Medicaid program.
- We have the state’s only approved unrelated donor program.
- We have the state’s only approved umbilical cord blood transplant program.
- Our program is the only one performing pediatric blood and marrow transplants.
