Beginning Thursday afternoon, November 15th from 5:15 – 8:30 pm in the Bioengineering Bldg., Rm110, selected HCC investigators will present their clinical/translational research in both oral and poster format followed by a clinical Keynote Speaker, Fadlo Khuri, MD from Emory University.  His website is http://winshipcancer.emory.edu/lungcancerlab/KhuriF.htm.  We will continue on Friday, November 16th changing the location to the Daniel Island Club, and beginning a full day of presentations at 8:30 am.  Approximately 10 additional oral presentations and more than 70 posters will be featured.  HCC investigators spanning basic, translational, clinical and population science research are encouraged to submit abstracts and attend this event.  William Hahn, MD, PhD from Harvard University will be Friday’s Keynote Speaker.  As a physician scientist, his presentation should be of interest to everyone.  His website is http://research4.dfci.harvard.edu/hahnlab//index.html.
