MUSC Hollings Cancer Center

Hollings Cancer Center Research Retreat

The Annual Research Retreat is the hallmark event of the Hollings Cancer Center.  Established in 2001, the retreat is now attended by more than 200 MUSC cancer investigators. The retreat was expanded to a day and a half in 2012 to accommodate more presentations and an evening focused on clinical-translational research. Research program leaders select abstracts to be featured as oral presentations by pre-doctoral students and post-doctoral trainees. The remaining abstracts (usually 70+) are presented during poster sessions.
